Description
The winery Normann Taufratzhofer was founded in 1790 and has been run since 3 generations as a family business ever since. Currently it is run by the siblings Normann, Reinhard and Barbara.
We cultivate our own vineyards on about 2 hectares together with the whole family. Careful and gentle treatment of the wines allow for natural ageing process. This in turn guarantees a unique taste experience, which varies from year to year.
Currently, we offer our wines and spirits all year round through various channels in Gumpoldskirchen. Some of them are:
- Farm gate sales (“Ab Hof”)– directly from us (Wiener Straße 54)

Our house-made range of wines includes not only the autochthonous varieties such as Rotgipfler and Zierfandler but also Neuburger, Welschriesling and Zweigelt. In addition, we also offer our own schnapps and liqueurs.
