At the farm, children are given the opportunity to deepen their connection to nature in the annual cycle and to the animals. They gain direct experience by feeding and caring for the animals and helping with the farm and stable work.

The highly stimulating nature of the animals and the wonderful fact that they do not judge anyone in the human sense make animals excellent co-trainers. Working with animals in an educational setting is a recognized method in which the various animal species are used. A fundamental goal of the holistically oriented farm is to work in a resource-oriented and self-esteem-enhancing way through encounters in nature and with the animals. Children with special needs are also welcome at the farm, both in individual and group settings.
