A sweet highlight is the entertaining Kaiserschmarrn show with the award-winning master pastry chef Herwig Gasser. In this lovingly designed show, you will be shown step by step how the original Austrian Kaiserschmarrn is traditionally prepared, followed of course by a tasting of the freshly baked Kaiserschmarrn - and the original recipe to recreate at home.
