Cultural heritage since 1635
The Kunstmühle Dornau is home to oversized machines, a wooden silo over three floors and intertwined pipes for mixing the different types of flour.
Our association under chairwoman Uschi Szupper is dedicated to preserving this cultural heritage and passing on knowledge about milling as a cultural heritage.
The mill was first mentioned in a document in 1635 and is located on the site of the famous Mühlsteinstube, a fish restaurant known far beyond the district borders.
