Description
Vienna IX, Berggasse 19, where Sigmund Freud lived for 47 years before he had to flee to London in 1938. From here, he changed the human self-image with psychoanalysis. The newly renovated museum makes all of the family's private rooms accessible, while new permanent exhibitions provide an insight into the development of psychoanalysis, the Freuds' private lives and the history of the house.

Bus/Train
From Franz-Josef train station, you can take the 40A bus to the Berggasse stop or the D streetcar to the Schlickgasse stop. Both stops are 120m from the Excursion destinations.
Taxi
There is a cab rank 130m from the destination: Porzellangasse 1-5
Bicycle
If you like cycling, there are Citybike stations in Berggasse, Bauernfeldgasse and Sigmund-Freud Park. Excursion destinations are located on the cycle path around the Ring.
