Herzog Leopold

Our wine tavern was opened in 1989 after two years of construction work. Much of the work was carried out by our family themselves, but we also had the help and advice of an experienced architect.

Since 2000 we, Leopold and Renate, have taken over the business from our parents. The wine tavern exudes a loving family atmosphere with traditional charm, which we attach great importance to.

In a harmonious overall ambience with a rustic tiled stove, our wine tavern offers space for around 150 guests. There is both a smoking and a non-smoking area for our guests.

We also offer a rich buffet with products from our own butchery to accompany our wines. Our guests appreciate our homemade salads, spreads, lard and gnocchi as well as our fresh homemade "Blunze", bratwurst, sausages and roasted meat.

All this is available for the culinary indulgence of our guests and makes up the traditional charm of our wine tavern.

The cozy rooms, our sunny garden under the vines and the rural surroundings make the Herzog wine tavern a cozy place to eat, enjoy wine and spend time together.

There is also a children's playground for our younger guests.
