We, the Kühn family, run our restaurant as a small but fine family business. The boss Susanne Kühn can always be found at the fish grill. Her sisters and nieces work in the kitchen, at the bar and in service with the support of our staff.
Our mom lovingly takes care of the decorations in the restaurant, on the tables and our many flowers. We source our fish from the neighboring Dornau estate and other producers from Austria.

Our specialties are local fish, which are either grilled or baked in the oven. In addition to the normal menu, there are always seasonal specialties that alternate.
For non-fish eaters we have a Tafelspitz in our program. We also cater for those with a sweet tooth - we have the infamous "Kühnschen" cream slices with butter puff pastry, the B'soffene Müllerin and other seasonal sweet temptations in our program.

The restaurant is located on the Triestingtal Valley cycle path and has a garden and children's playground.
