Did you know that the Cider and apple & pear juices come from our own production? You are welcome to visit the organic orchard around the Laabacher Weinschenke during business hours and spend a few pleasant hours in nature. A motto: "Apples and pears healthy for the brain"
Environment, time, space
We are a self-service inn just outside Vienna (approx. 12km), in the Vienna Woods Biosphere Reserve, away from the road and the hustle and bustle. Our inn has a 50 year tradition in this style. With our home-style cooking we cover everything from cold cuts to the perfect steak. In winter we offer our guests two large rooms for 100 people each and an additional parlor for about 30 people.In summer, we have access to our beautiful, large, natural garden and can accommodate another 400 guests.
Purchasing - environment and sustainability
We source most of our food for the kitchen from the surrounding area, so that we also pay attention to our environment, and our home state of Lower Austria offers a variety of high-quality meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. Just to name a few, such as Tullnerfeld pork, premium beef from the Weinviertel, Waldviertel carp, as well as vegetables, fruit and salads from the Marchfeld, Tullnerfeld or Wachau regions. thanks to this wonderful system, we can also offer seasonal products and dishes in our kitchen.
