Landgasthof zur Linde

Description
Dry aging meat is a traditional way of maturing meat. The Landgasthof zur Linde in Brand-Laaben has been using this type of dry aging for decades. The steaks at Gertrude Geidel's inn are self-explanatoryly the attraction of the house. But there is so much more exquisite food served here. The game specialties are a seasonal delicacy. Venison, deer and pork come from the regional forests and are processed into delicious game pâtés, among other things. The bread is also home-baked - crispy and crunchy. Vegetables and herbs thrive in the inn's garden. Grocery shopping is characterized by the idea of sustainability. The products must be fresh and of high quality - and preferably from the Vienna Woods.
