Gaby Schlager runs the Buschenschank (typical tavern) in the center of the Heurigen village of Sooß with the help of the whole family.
Guests from near and far appreciate the hot and cold dishes, which they can choose from the buffet. Naturally, the delicacies are seasonal, from wild garlic, asparagus and strawberries to pumpkin and game.
From the veranda with its huge glass wall or the large, leafy terrace, you have a wonderful view of the Sooß vineyards and the picturesque backdrop of the Vienna Woods Biosphere Reserve. Simply relax and enjoy life with a glass of fine wine!
The Schlager winery has been a traditional family winery since 1766 and the entire family is committed to the well-being of the wine.
The philosophy of the work in the vineyard and cellar can be described with the words honest, full of character, independent and harmonious and this is also reflected in the wines produced.
