Weinbau Zechmeister

Our family is one of the oldest in Perchtoldsdorf. We are the third generation to run the winery at Hochstraße 64. After Johann and Katharina Zechmeister's years of development in the 1930s, Karl and Helga Zechmeister began to expand the restaurant and the associated infrastructure in the 1960s.

At the end of the 1990s, the restaurant, kitchen and cellar were modernized by Andreas and Traude Zechmeister, with particular emphasis on preserving the typical character of a Heurigen. The wine processing rooms, press house and wine cellar also meet the latest requirements.

"Ausg'steckt" at the Zechmeister means:
Getting together with family, friends and colleagues, talking, rejoicing, laughing, enjoying, celebrating - with excellent home-grown wines and homemade buffet specialties - as befits a real wine tavern.

Our wine tavern should be a place for all guests to feel good - after a hike, after a stressful day at work or at a nice celebration. In summer in the blooming garden or in winter in the cozy parlors, our wine tavern is a place of conviviality with a family atmosphere. We have our own children's playground for our younger guests.

As good and friendly hosts, we and our team would like your guests to enjoy a pleasant time with us in a pleasant atmosphere - as many of our regular guests have already done.

CELEBRATIONS
for all occasions

Traude Zechmeister also offers her guests the right choice of food, accompanied by her own Frizzante and award-winning wines.

There is room for 250 guests in the pleasant and cozy guest garden and 150 seats in the restaurant. The cozy farmhouse parlor is ideal for smaller celebrations for up to 16 people.
The adjoining larger Stüberl has room for a maximum of 35 people.
There is also a weather-protected, heated barn in the Heurigen garden, which is very popular for groups and celebrations for up to 60 people in the summer months and in the transitional period.
