Dürrwien station

Train station

Description

The station Dürrwien owes its name to the river Wien, which rises as "Dürre Wien" at the Kaiserbrunnberg near Rekawinkel at an altitude of 520 meters. The station offers train passengers covered waiting facilities as well as a ticket vending machine for convenient ticket purchase. By means of loudspeaker announcements and timetable notices, the guests of the train service are informed about the current operation and can enjoy the contemplative scenery at the Pfalzberg until the arrival of the train.

More than 20 parking spaces for cars and mopeds at the stop allow carefree transfer to the train.
