Welcome to the Schimmelbauer, one of the most popular wine taverns in the Thermenregion.
In our beautiful and cozy restaurant we offer you excellent homemade wines and culinary delicacies from the region. We source all our delicacies from local farmers and businesses.
The hot and cold dishes on offer are mainly seasonal. Baked chicken, a wide range of cheeses, various salads, homemade spreads and much more can be found at our buffet.
You can round off your visit to the Heurigen with our homemade pastries, a small snack or our hand-made Schimmelbauer chocolates in the flavors "Neuburger" and "Zweigelt".
