The reception building at Kritzendorf station in the town of the same name in the Lower Austrian municipality of Klosterneuburg has the corner ashlars typical of Austrian railroad stations, and the two structurally separate platforms can be reached via a recently renovated bridge. The heated waiting room and the publicly accessible sanitary facilities are located inside.

Over 115 parking spaces for cars and cars facilitate the transfer to the train, and space has been created for almost 100 bicycles in the covered Bike & Ride station.
