Maria Anzbach pilgrimage site
It is only a 10-minute walk from Maria Anzbach train station to the large pilgrimage church in the town center. The Roman Catholic parish has existed in the village since around 1300 and the building has been there since the 15th century. For many years, followers of the faith have made pilgrimages to the church to visit the numerous sacred buildings in the village.
