Description

Anyone who thinks of bread and a cold snack when they hear the word "traditional" is absolutely right! However, they have built on the basic idea of the wine tavern as a cultural asset: Contemporary, hip & innovative dishes adorn their Heurigen buffet and because you can be a little more modern with a clear conscience, numerous wheat-free, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes refine your Heurigen visit.
The wines are cultivated on a vineyard area of 18 hectares - half white and half red. The vineyards are divided between Baden and Sooss, the Harterberg and Hammerschossen vineyards (Baden), Waasn and in Schön (Sooss) are established terms.
They are certainly famous for their Waasn. Zweigelt on shell limestone soil with the influence of the forest is what makes this wine so special.
