Brasserie

The Brasserie is located on the second floor of the hotel and is aimed at both hotel guests and day visitors.

The contemporary style in a darker interior design picks up on the colors of the surrounding nature and symbolizes the bridge between the historical past and the new exterior appearance. The balance of room temperature, light, scent, music and not least the culinary delights creates a relaxed atmosphere that invites you to enjoy hours of pleasure and has a positive stimulating effect on all the senses.

The brasserie offers authentic Austrian game dishes, regional specialties and international grilled dishes. It is well known that you eat with your eyes: In addition to great taste, a variety of aromas and ingredients of the highest quality, the aesthetic presentation of our dishes is a moment of pleasure in its own right. The grilled dishes are prepared on the Josper grill and served on large wooden boards, slate plates and occasionally monochrome, oversized plates. Game dishes are served in cast iron pots and pans. Desserts are made for sharing and are a special treat for the palate.

In addition to draught and bottled beer from a small regional brewery, local and international wine is another focal point.

Bar@2561

The Bar@2561 is located on the second floor of the hotel and is a meeting place not only for hotel guests, but also for our guests from the region who want to enjoy this relaxed atmosphere.

A semi-private room at the back of the bar provides a retreat and is the ideal place for club meetings or a regular venue for clubs in the region. The style of the restaurant is continued in the bar and impresses with its atmospheric flair.

Beer culture and enjoyment can be experienced with draught and bottled beer from local and international breweries. The beer taps are custom-made and only used in the Bar@2561. Selected liquor rarities from the region round off the bar menu.
