About us

So that you can get to know us better, here is a brief history of our career in the hospitality industry.

Monika Stangl
I completed my apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist and chef at the Restaurant/Hotel Kronprinz with Heinz Hanner and passed my final apprenticeship examination in 2002, where I also won the gold medal at the regional apprenticeship competition. I then moved to Filzmoos to work for Johanna Maier in the Hubertus restaurant, where I gained further knowledge in service. I also gained experience in gastronomy during a winter season at the Pension Bergfriede in Tyrol in Huben near Sölden.

Markus Stangl
After a successful and very interesting apprenticeship at the Drei Husaren restaurant, I expanded my knowledge of gastronomy in top restaurants. Restaurant Grotta Azzurra was the beginning, followed by Restaurant Hietzinger Bräu, Plachutta in Nussdorf, Restaurant Kronprinz Heinz Hanner, where I met my wife, Restaurant Hubertus by Johanna Maier, Hotel Edelweiß in Sölden, Grand Hotel in Vienna and the Residenz Bad Vöslau.

With the catering and party service, we began a phase in gastronomy planned with a lot of passion and enthusiasm.
