Pfarre St. Jakobus

Predecessor buildings of the current parish church "Zum heiligen Jakobus dem Älteren" can be traced back to the early 13th century. After severe destruction during the Second World War, the church was rebuilt from 1949 to 1952 according to plans by Josef Vytiska. Like many of Vytiska's church buildings, the three-nave, six-bay basilica is characterized by its clarity and brightness.
