The idyllic town center of the Biedermeier town Baden, the Doblhoffpark with the Rosarium and the famous thermal baths, such as the Badener Römertherme and the thermal beach bath Baden are reachable in 5-10 minutes. Hiking trails lead directly from the house into the southern Vienna Woods and sun loungers are available in the garden for daydreamers. The Carl Michael Ziehrer House was built in 1912 under the protectorate of Archduke Rainer and originally served as a musicians' rest home. Today, the Carl Michael Ziehrer House is open to everyone and you can rent accommodation in the idyllically situated guesthouse during the summer months. Artists and musicians still enjoy discounted rates, which means that the original idea of the house lives on to this day. The rooms are equipped with shower, WC and SAT-TV.
