The traditional bakery-pastry shop Eder is located in the center of Gumpoldskirchen.

We have been preparing bread, pastries, confectionery and other delicacies for our customers since 1951 - with a lot of love, care and the skilled knowledge of master bakers. Our commitment and passion for baking have earned us recognition and many prizes and awards throughout Austria!

As a commercial bakery with master bakers, journeymen and apprentices, we want to provide our customers with the staple food bread (wholemeal to white bread) as well as a variety of delicious baked goods - prepared to the best of our knowledge and belief, i.e. with healthy raw materials and carefully processed.

For more than 60 years, we have made it our mission to enchant you with our individually designed wedding cakes . Every single one of our creations is lovingly handmade according to your wishes in our in-house confectionery.
It goes without saying that we only use ingredients of the highest quality and regional origin in our creations.

On your most beautiful day you should leave nothing to chance, we will make sure that your dream cake is delivered to the table on time and reliably. We are also happy to take care of your agape, our wide range of products leaves nothing to be desired.

Experience our bakery up close - privately, if you would like to create something creative yourself in a baking workshop with the master baker; as a company, you can use our bakery as a training room to further develop your collaboration; and teams can train new working methods here in an inspiring environment.
