The completely newly furnished chalet "Notschkerl" is a very cozy and comfortable 65sqm maisonette apartment, which is arranged on 2 floors with small intermediate levels. The "Notschkerl" is suitable for 2 - 4 people (double bed in the sleeping area and sofa bed in the living area).
Room layout: through the separate entrance door you enter the fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove (wood is provided free of charge). Right next door is a cozy chill lounge with wing chairs, magazines and a spacious wardrobe. The staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the spacious and cozy living room, a dining area, the bathroom (with shower, double washbasin, WC) and the sleeping area.
The "NOTSCHKERL" chalet also has a private outdoor area with a large wooden terrace, seating and sunbathing areas and its own barbecue. Pets welcome :)
Access
The apartment is separated from the rest of the house by its own entrance and provides direct access to the countryside. It is possible to drive right up to the front of the chalet to unload your luggage and park. Free additional parking spaces are available in front of the house.
