Description
Our products are grown with great appreciation and respect for nature and all living creatures. We endeavor to bring the joy of our profession as well as our attitudes and values closer to children with guided tours of our farm, and our products have been inspected since 2008 and certified once a year by the organic inspection body LACON GmbH.
The mill was first mentioned in a document as early as 1258 and was rebuilt and reconstructed several times after several fires and devastations. Today it bears the architectural dress of the late 18th and early 19th century.
Over many years of painstaking work, our family has succeeded in lovingly restoring the old building down to the smallest detail and harmoniously integrating the few but necessary structural changes into the overall structure.
During our informative guided tours, we would like to give people an appreciation of rural life and work. We particularly welcome school and children's groups. Please register by telephone!
