A covered staircase leads from the parking lot to the house.
A large terrace with barbecue area awaits guests in front of the house - ideal for a relaxed breakfast or a cozy evening.
The icing on the cake - the large private pool with sun loungers and parasols!
The lovingly decorated lounge is equipped with a fridge, a wide reading corner and satellite TV.
Visit Vienna - the public transport connections are good! The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes!
Excursions to the Vienna Woods with its unique sights are possible right on the doorstep.

The house has 4 guest rooms, including a suite room and a family room with 2 rooms and connecting door (=4 beds). All rooms with shower/WC, bright and friendly, some with separate entrance, balcony or terrace, covered staircase.
Brochures and information material on hiking, cycling or popular Excursion destinations in the Vienna Woods are of course available for guests - the hostess of the house will of course be happy to fulfill special requests!
