In the villa district of Perchtoldsdorf near Vienna, our house offers a pleasantly quiet location.
The vineyards in the immediate vicinity are ideal for running and walking.
A cultivated ambience is very important to us. Some of the guest rooms have a balcony. On one side you have a panoramic view over Vienna and on the south side a view of our terrace garden, which is available to our guests.
Parking is available directly in front of our house free of charge and without any problems.
We offer a varied breakfast buffet. The jams, grape juice and wine are our own products.
The wine and grape juice are from our own vineyards, natural and down-to-earth products, grown on the southern slope of the Haspelriede.
You can reach the city center of Vienna by public transport. It is only a few minutes' walk to streetcar no. 60 and get off at Schönbrunn. The subway takes you to the center of Vienna.
