In 1962, Sparbach Nature Park was the first nature park in Austria to be opened to visitors and has been offering unforgettable nature experiences for young and old ever since. The park-like area spoils its visitors with giant trees, romantic ruins, spacious meadows and invites you to wander through the Vienna Woods landscape designed in the Biedermeier period. The spacious adventure playground with water and sand play area awaits our younger visitors. Since the end of October 2018, Sparbach Nature Park has been the first nature park in Austria to be certified with the Ecolabel, thus also documenting to the outside world that quality and sustainability are central concerns of our educational offers.
