Our wine
A balanced working relationship in the vineyard and in the cellar
always guarantees the best quality of our wines.
The pruning is emphatically restrained so that the
the quality of the grapes can develop.
We do not use any mineral fertilizers and
a natural green manure system serves as a humus precaution
- so that nature remains nature!
Depending on the grape variety, vinification requires
cold fermentation in steel tanks.
Our special selections are stored up to one year
year longer than the classic young wines.
Delicacies from the buffet & menu
From down-to-earth cuisine such as fried chicken,
Wiener Schnitzel from pork, meat & Grammelknödel Schinkenfleckerl or
the juicy roast pork with sauerkraut through to light
Mediterranean & vegetarian cuisine, we also offer our valued visitors a
a large selection of dishes that are ordered at the table
and freshly prepared.
For dessert we recommend the homemade apple strudel
or curd cheese strudel with vanilla sauce.
