Description

Himberg bei Wien station is located on the eastern edge of the market town of the same name in the Vienna Basin in the Lower Austrian district of Bruck an der Leitha. The large reception building offers sanitary facilities, waiting rooms and a ticket machine installed in the underpass.

Almost 100 cars and mopeds can be parked in the adjoining Bike & Ride station, thus contributing to a considerable comfort factor. 45 parking spaces for bicycles are provided in the Bike & Ride facility.

Route information

The Himberg bei Wien stop is located along the Ostbahn line.

  • Regional express trains to Vienna Central Station, Götzendorf an der Leitha and Hegyeshalom are served here.
  • Trains on the S60 express line stop here on their way to Bruck an der Leitha and Vienna as well as to the main station in Wr. Neustadt.
  • Connections to Schwechat and St. Pölten are available at the local bus stop.
