"Innovative ideas in harmony with the traditional bakery trade, the highest quality and loving work are our recipe for success, which is why our product range is still produced exclusively by hand today. The most important guiding principles in our bakery are working with natural sourdoughs and starter doughs that we make ourselves and consistently avoiding the use of baking agents, frozen products and convenience products. Since the renovation of our new bakery in 2013, we have been producing all our products over the long term! The doughs are placed in a special cooling system, cooked for up to 24 hours, develop a unique taste and are then baked in a stone oven before being sold hot and fresh to our customers."
Delivery service
Orders placed by telephone by midnight are delivered the next day. Our customers include regional wine taverns, schools, restaurants and Viennese market stalls.
