The diversity of our farm on the shelf
The farm's own delicacies can also be enjoyed outside the restaurant. The products are available around the clock in the self-service store on the farm or can be taken away from the fresh food counter during restaurant opening hours.
A wide selection of farm produce is always available in the farm store. The store is freely accessible via the farm entrance and makes shopping easy at any time of day. During the restaurant's opening hours, it is also possible to stock up on specialties directly at the Markthof.
Organic eggs and barn eggs, high-quality soybean oil and Angus beef from the farm's own rearing form the basis of many delicacies. The range includes refined sausages, Angus pâtés and jus, home-smoked bacon and game and lamb specialties. The range is complemented by pasta, high-quality pumpkin seed oil and pickled vegetables. As many products are seasonal, availability may vary.

Meat products are prepared fresh, which is why availability can also vary here. Pre-ordering is possible using the appropriate form; if an order is placed, you will be notified as soon as the products are ready for collection.
