Description
After taking over the winery from my father Alfred Dopler, I began to put my ideas about wine into practice. Wine is like a child with whom you spend a lot of time and have to respond very individually to its needs.
Every vintage, every variety is a unique challenge. Hard work, a lot of innovation, commitment and uncompromising quality as well as respect for tradition
tradition and a commitment to the achievements of modern science are my basis.
This means using all available resources to produce wines with a clear statement about their variety and origin. Therefore, each wine bears my personal signature and impresses with its independent personality.
