Regionality. Quality. Hospitality - The company philosophy is to spoil guests with home-made delicacies. Regionality plays a very important role. The hotel's own pigs are slaughtered in-house and processed on the farm. Anything that doesn't come from the family is sourced from friendly farms in the surrounding area - as close as possible is the keyword here!

The high quality of the wines is the result of the interplay of several factors, in particular the favorable locations in the Thermenregion. These include the Weichselberger, Harberla and Satz vineyards, on which a total of around 4 hectares of vines are cultivated. A well-kept vineyard is an essential basis for quality. Targeted measures are taken to ensure that competing plants are reduced in order to guarantee an optimal supply of water and nutrients to the vines. Particular attention is paid to foliage work. Shoots and leaves are removed by hand and bunches are thinned out to promote the ripening of the remaining grapes. These measures improve the aeration of the foliage and ensure that the grapes receive sufficient light. All work in the vineyard is carried out with great care in order to create the best possible conditions for the quality of the grapes.
