Description
Many of our products are award-winning, such as the fine raw ham, hard sausages, goat's cream cheese balls in herb oil or unique goat's cheese gupferl from our endangered "Pinzgauer Hochgebirgsziege" goat. We now have Lower Austria's largest goat farm and focus on the welfare of our animals, with ecological farming and sustainable treatment of nature.
Fresh trout from our trout farm can be pre-ordered all year round and our popular smoked trout can also be ordered, primarily at Christmas and Easter.
We also sell many raw and ready-made game products from our own hunts.
