During a leisurely hike through our vineyards, you will experience the Soosser nature and our wines up close.

Winery
We voluntarily refrain from using weedkillers. Weeds are allowed to grow in our vineyards - for the sake of nature and the wine. Sustainable cultivation close to nature and yield reduction have been a matter of course for us for years.
The main focus in the vineyards is on foliage work and thinning out the grapes, which is a prerequisite for wines of the highest quality and wholesomeness.
