Tattendorf
Welcome to wine: The municipality of Tattendorf in the district of Baden has been known as a wine-growing village for centuries. In ancient times, the area belonged to the province of Pannonia. The first documentary mention of the village dates back to 1114. In the 19th century, a cotton spinning mill flourished in Tattendorf. Today, life in the municipality is characterized by high-quality winegrowers and wineries, cosy accommodation, traditional festivals and wonderful hiking and cycling trails.
