Follow the Gradental valley to the Pecherhütte. At the fork, keep to the right until you reach the next fork. The left fork leads to the Vöslauerhütte—keep to the right. After a short, steep climb, you’ll arrive at the “Schneebergblick.” From there, follow the trail to the left toward the Sooßer Lindkogel. Simply follow the trail until you reach a fork—there, turn left onto the Brennersteig and continue to the Eisernes Tor.
The return route does not go down the Brennersteig; keep to the left until you reach the trail you came on.
