A very child-friendly cycling tour with no significant elevation gain, which holds special appeal even during the hot season thanks to the water park, ice cream shops on Rathausplatz, and the water playground in Generationenpark.

The Leobersdorf Family Loop starts and ends at the Leobersdorf train station and initially follows the Triesting-Gölsental Bike Path, passing numerous kid-friendly highlights such as the Leobersdorf outdoor water park, the miniature golf club, and the newly built pump track. For little culture buffs, a detour to the nearby LEUM to see “The Story of Light” is a great option. At the fire station, turn left onto Enzesfelder Straße and, at the next intersection, keep slightly to the right onto the quiet Feldgasse, which leads directly to Rathausplatz. Now it’s time to treat yourself to a delicious ice cream, so you can continue, refreshed, past the event center and straight into the popular Generationenpark. Here, the little ones can really let off some steam before heading back to the train station via Robert-Stolz Gasse and Südbahnstraße.

Culinary highlights along the route include the top-rated Dungel wine tavern and other popular wine taverns and inns, as well as the best regional fish far and wide from Gut Dornau.
