Description
The nature trail in Schlosspark Tribuswinkel is a short and very pleasant walk. In addition to the great atmosphere of nature, it also offers several information boards that tell you about the beautiful fauna and flora in the park. In addition to these information boards, there are also other boards with various poems on a wide variety of topics, such as the corona pandemic. The nature trail is good for both the eyes and the soul and is a great way to take a break from stressful everyday life.
Tribuswinkel Castle can look back on an eventful history and many lords of the manor. The Starhembergs, the Streun von Schwarzenau and the Hoyos are just some of the names of the changing owners at the beginning of the castle's history. - Route description We start in front of the castle and pass on the right. The first board is already visible and we soon find ourselves amidst trees, shrubs, and nature. We follow the path, paying special attention to the information boards to gain insights into fauna and flora, and circle once around Tribuswinkel Castle until we return to the starting point.
- Parking Parking options are available directly at the castle or in the surrounding streets. Please be careful not to block anything.
- Editor’s tip The castle park, as well as the courtyard of the castle, were designed as an English garden and are worth a visit.
