Tradition, sustainability and a spirit of innovation also characterize our restaurant. The fusion of the possibilities of our farm with our love of fine dining is the basis for the "Markthof". Here we want to live out our relaxed demand for the highest quality with a loving family atmosphere and creative cuisine that combines down-to-earthness with the joy of experimentation. The use of ingredients from our own farm and pastures is at the heart of the restaurant. The kitchen line is clear: we want to spoil our guests at an internationally ambitious level, with basic products of the highest quality and the constant demand for perfect quality. And remain authentic. The restaurant is located in a former hunting lodge in the middle of our farm. Horses, pigs and goats frolic happily all around. Our Angus cattle and the organic chicken farm with its mobile barn as well as our surrounding fields complete the ambience. Unconventional perhaps, but clearly in keeping with our way of life and our character. Some call it progressive or visionary, but we call it home.
