The Lower Austrian market town of Gablitz is located in the district of Sankt Pölten-Land - only around five kilometers from the Vienna city limits. Also worth seeing are the Gablitz parish church, a statue of Nepomuk and a monument from the 18th century and a Roman gravestone from 180 AD, which was found in Rabenstein. There is also a great Robinson playground, a natural ice-skating rink in winter and the Gablitz outdoor pool in summer.
