The Lower Austrian market town of Gablitz is located in the district of Sankt Pölten-Land - only around five kilometers from the Vienna city limits. Whether bee tours with the beekeeper in the Vienna Woods, plays for children and adults in the 82er Haus theater or a visit to the local history museum: Gablitz offers a program for young and old. Also worth seeing are the Gablitz parish church, a statue of Nepomuk and a monument from the 18th century and a Roman gravestone from 180 AD, which was found in Rabenstein. There is also a great Robinson playground, a natural ice-skating rink in winter and the Gablitz outdoor pool in summer.
